When to Call 999

In emergency and life-threatening situations. If you suspect a heart attack please ring 999 and ask for an ambulance.

Emergencies including out of hours cover

If you need medical attention out of hours just dial 111 and you will be connected to the out of hours service. This call is free from both landlines and mobiles.

If you ring the usual surgery number and it is closed you will be given a message to redial. Rushcliffe Clinical Commissioning Group are responsible for commissioning this service.
