When to Call 999

In emergency and life-threatening situations. If you suspect a heart attack please ring 999 and ask for an ambulance.

Emergencies including "out of hours" cover

Whatever time of day or night use the same telephone number as your surgery (01509 852181 or 0115 984 7101). If the surgery is closed your call will automatically be transferred to the out of hours service - Nottingham Emergency Medical Services - who will deal with your problem.

From October 2006 Notts County Teaching Primary Care Trust has been responsible for commissioning this service.

Accident and Emergency Department

The nearest Accident and Emergency Department is at Queen's Medical Centre (0115 9249924).
