Registering with the Practice

Please come to the health centre or surgery, which ever is nearest to where you live, and our receptionists will be please to help you. If you have a medical card please bring it with you.

We will ask you to complete a registration form. You may express a preference to be registered with a particular GP at any time, either by telling reception or by telephoning the Practice Manager – details are in our welcome pack. Regardless of your registered GP you are welcome to consult any of the doctors within the practice.
